Statistics are like bikinis. What they reveal is suggestive, but what they conceal is vital

19 May

Lately all I’ve been seeing around the city are window displays or advertisements for bikinis. It is so funny how quickly seasons change when it comes to fashion.

Most people are still walking around with layers and scarves but designers have been in summer mode for months now.

Summer is my favorite season, mainly because my birthday is the first day of summer, but also because I love experimenting with colors and patterns. So when mannequins start showing up wearing huge hats, fit for the Kentucky Derby, and brightly colored bathing suits, holding in my excitement becomes a difficult task.

H&M has quite a deal with bikinis this season. Less than $15 for top and bottom seems amazing, but also a little too good to be true. How certain can we be regarding the quality?

Are bikinis meant to be for just one season? Is it ok to forgo quality for the sake of being thrifty?

Happy Shopping
